In order to comply with our clients’ service level agreements, the company always appoints a site manager and competent supervisors responsible for all tasks and duties performed on-site to meet our clients’ satisfaction.
- Understanding the scope of work within the company and at each individual site
- Perform a site investigation for due diligence before finalising a service level agreement

Thorough Background Checks & Screening
As part of our recruitment process we carry out thorough background checks on all our potential security staff, going back as far as 20 years. Many come to us from the armed forces and we particularly welcome those with first aid skills or other relevant experience.
With regards to staff recruitment and placement our company policy looks for the following in our trained staff:
- Suitable educational background and experience
- Appropriate age
- Good physical fitness
- Promotional and motivational aspects
- Agrees to undergo induction and refresher training programs
- Registration with PSIRA
- Security clearance (SAPS)
- Possession of security training certificates
- Numerate, computer literate and able to read, write and communicate in English and other official languages that are commonly used in the area of operations.
We conduct the screening of our security officers through PSIRA and SAPS before actual employment. Screening allows our company to recruit and/or employ security officers free from criminal activities.

Security Services
Security Aids
Static guarding is one of our expert fields, we can provide around the clock security for your premises which includes office blocks, industrial estates, factories, hospitals, schools, warehouses and building sites. All our security officers are fully trained, vetted, uniformed and hold PSIRA certificates. They can be utilised as commercial officers to protect staff, stock and premises.
You can also use us as a backup facility, for when your existing staff are on holiday, sick or in a temporary capacity.

Crowd Management
Safety is always of paramount concern for events, therefore our experienced management and support services team will assist you with any event planning and preparation. If required a member of our team will attend any pre-event safety meetings on your behalf.

Site Supervisors
Our site supervisors and security staff are fully trained, vetted, uniformed and hold a PSIRA certificate or firearm competency card.
Supervising activities include:
- All security personnel on duty are expected to report hourly to the central control office through their mobile radios.
- Our supervisors visit sites to ensure that guards are on duty and properly dressed and outfitted for the job, to ensure that our guards are executing their duties professionally.
- The maintenance of round the clock supervision at irregular intervals is the sole responsibility of our site supervisors’ activities to promote alertness
